By using the Gardeners Against Hunger website (gardeners-against-hunger.vercel.app), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 13 years of age to submit information through forms on this site. If you are under 13, a parent or legal guardian must complete any forms on your behalf. By checking the age confirmation box on our forms, you represent that you meet this requirement.

When submitting produce donation forms, volunteer sign-ups, partner applications, or contact messages, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in your removal from our program.

Gardeners Against Hunger reserves the right to remove any participant — donor, volunteer, or garden partner — from the program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: providing inaccurate information, failure to follow through on commitments, or conduct inconsistent with our mission.

By submitting a donation form, you represent that the produce you intend to donate is safe for consumption and free from contamination. We reserve the right to decline any produce donation that does not meet quality standards. All accepted donations are distributed through nourish.NJ at their discretion.

Participation as a donor or volunteer does not entitle you to any form of compensation, monetary or otherwise, from Gardeners Against Hunger or nourish.NJ.

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gardeners Against Hunger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in the program.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Morris County, New Jersey.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
